    New Cookie Flavors!

Posted in Posted in Products by Lucy

Summer Flavors REV99Guess what? We’ve added two new cookie flavors—Berry Best and Lemon Goodness. These fresh new treats will be available at Whole Foods Market starting this month, just in time to satisfy the warm weather taste buds of cookie lovers nationwide.

Reminiscent of popular summertime flavors, Berry Best brings out the delightful taste of raspberries in a crunchy cookie and Lemon Goodness is a deep, rich-tasting, old-fashioned cookie with a zesty citrus tang. Yum! Try them with a glass of iced tea. Eat them at the park, the beach, or at home—perhaps on your porch! We’ve really tried to capture some of the best parts of summer with these new flavors. gold199If Lucy’s cookies were in the Olympics, which medals would we win? Which would be our best competition?

Ginger Snap is like the Snowboard Half-Pipe—up one side with ginger, down the other with lemon snap! Read more »

Recent market research by Datassential MenuTrends reports that pumpkin drink offerings on restaurant menus have increased 400 percent in the past five years. Read more »

Once again cocoa is magic!  All the ingredients in this vegan, gluten free cake are wonderful; and yet again, cocoa really makes it work.  That’s true with other cakes I’ve made too.  Cocoa is a star ingredient.

I highly recommend this easy, delicious recipe.  For the crust, I use either Lucy’s Chocolate Cookies or Lucy’s Chocolate Merry Mint Cookies (one of our yummy new holiday flavors). Read more »
